"In a time where offerings for car insurance are coming out of the woodwork so to speak, and in a time where every dollar counts for sure, I really do not waste my time looking because after 40 plus years, I know what to expect and am never disappointed with the support I get from this office...
Case in point... small mishap on the road where a large stone in a construction area came up and did some minor damage to a rear door. When I called it in , in about one hour all facets of the process where in place. After supplying the info, I had an appointment, contact with the repair shop and a rental car in waiting... proof is in the pudding!"

"I have. been a customer with State Farm for over 40 years with a brief interruption while in Alabama. My agent was William Standish for the majority of those years. Upon his retirement I was transferred to another agent. That relationship was short lived and for the first time I was dissatisfied with State Farm. Looking for a new Company/Agent I was introduced to Lisa Caughey's office. I personally met with Lisa and another associate in her office. Although I was a current client of State Farm she completely reviewed my insurance products offering suggestions for improvement in all areas. That was several years ago and the service continues to be excellent. Her office staff is terrific and always accommodating even when I stop by with a question, even without an appointment.
In short, I am very please with Lisa and her staff. I am constantly bombarded with offers from other insurance companies but I have come to realize that the service Lisa and her associates provide cannot be duplicated.
